Refill packs are available in either SM, MD, or LG and come with 3 units of a single size. Order refills in your preferred size when you need a replacement.
Try all three sizes that come in your Starter Kit. Your preferred size should feel comfortable, stay in place, and not leak around the seals.
Simply clean it with soap and water after each use per the instructions.
Try using the device first without the headgear. If you are an active sleeper or find the device inadvertently coming out at night, then try the headgear.
Some people get used to ZValves right away; others may need up to a week or longer.
Give yourself as much time as you need, considering the positive benefits of alleviating your snoring.

It is okay to breathe out your mouth while trying to fall asleep.
At first, it may take you some time to fall asleep or you may wake up in the middle of the night. This is normal.
It is okay to take the device off and try again the next day until you get used to wearing it.
