1. About these Terms
These ZValves Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://zvalves.vercel.app/ (the Website), your ZValves account, and purchases made directly through the Website. ZValves is the brand operated by Project Snore (ZValves, we, us or our).
Read these Terms before ordering. By placing an order or expressly accepting these Terms when creating an account, you agree to them. Website use is subject to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Privacy Policy explains personal information practices; accepting these Terms does not itself provide consent to optional marketing or tracking.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or overrides an express product description, warranty or promotional commitment that applies to your purchase. Orders placed with another retailer are subject to that seller's applicable purchase and return terms.
2. The ZValves product
ZValves is a reusable, drug-free anti-snoring device designed to support nasal airflow and help address nasal and throat-related snoring. Its soft, flexible seals gently dilate the nasal passages. Its micro-valves use natural exhalation to create mild back pressure, intended to support a more open airway. These descriptions explain the intended mechanism, not a guaranteed health outcome.
The Starter Kit includes Small, Medium and Large sizing units and a travel storage case. Refill Packs contain three replacement units in one selected size and are intended for existing users who know their preferred fit. Optional headgear is described in the usage guidance; do not assume it is included unless your product listing says so. Check the listing and order confirmation for the exact contents purchased.
3. Medical disclaimer and limits of claims
ZValves is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, including obstructive sleep apnea. It is not a substitute for medical advice, evaluation, prescribed treatment or a prescribed breathing device. Do not stop or change treatment because you use ZValves or because snoring seems quieter.
Snoring can accompany a medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you suspect sleep apnea, experience pauses in breathing, wake gasping or choking, have significant daytime sleepiness, or have persistent or worsening symptoms. Seek urgent medical help for severe breathing difficulty.
Results, fit, comfort and the time needed to adjust vary between users. ZValves does not promise that snoring will stop, that sleep will improve, or that the device will be suitable for everyone. Testimonials and comparisons are not clinical evidence or guarantees of your results.
These Terms make no claim of clinical proof, regulatory approval or clearance, facility certification, material certification or verified country of manufacture. References to technology or intellectual property do not establish medical effectiveness or regulatory status.
4. Fitting, cleaning and user responsibilities
4.1 Follow the instructions. Read the instructions supplied with your ZValves before use, including fitting, cleaning, inspection and replacement guidance. Website summaries do not replace those instructions. Contact ZValves if instructions are missing or unclear.
4.2 Find a comfortable fit. Try the sizes supplied in the Starter Kit. The selected size should feel comfortable, stay in place and seal without leakage around the seals. Do not force the device into place. Position it only as directed. Try optional headgear only in accordance with its instructions if additional retention is needed.
4.3 Keep it clean and inspect it. Clean with soap and water after each use as directed, and store it clean and dry in its case. Use it as a personal device; do not share a used unit. Do not use a damaged, deteriorated or obstructed unit, modify the valves, or use cleaning methods inconsistent with the instructions.
4.4 Respond to discomfort. Remove the device and stop using it if you experience pain, irritation, bleeding, breathing difficulty or another adverse reaction. Seek appropriate medical advice. Do not persist through symptoms simply to complete an adjustment period. Ask a healthcare professional before use if you have a respiratory or nasal condition, recent nasal surgery, or uncertainty about suitability.
4.5 Reuse has limits. The Website describes up to 150 nights of use. This is not a promise that every unit will last that long. Follow the supplied replacement guidance and replace sooner if wear, damage, hygiene concerns or loss of fit or function warrants it. Reusable does not mean indefinite use.
4.6 Children and suitability. Keep the device and small parts away from children. These Terms do not establish suitability for children or authorize pediatric use. Product eligibility and safety must follow the supplied instructions and appropriate professional advice.
5. Accounts and eligibility to purchase
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract in your place of residence. Provide accurate contact, shipping and billing details and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export unless ZValves agrees otherwise.
The Website offers email-based sign-in using a one-time code. Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure, do not share codes, and notify ZValves of suspected unauthorized access. Checkout may create an account where this is disclosed before you submit your order. You are responsible for activity you authorize; this clause does not make you automatically liable for activity beyond your control.
6. Orders, prices and payments
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected items. A receipt acknowledging submission is not acceptance unless it expressly confirms acceptance. ZValves accepts the order when it sends an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot accept, we will refund it.
Check the selected size, pack, quantity, currency and total before payment. Checkout currently displays USD. The price and disclosed taxes, shipping and other charges applicable to your order are those presented before submission and confirmed for that order. Later price changes do not change an accepted order.
Use only payment options actually enabled at checkout. If a wallet or installment option is available, its provider may have separate eligibility, fees and payment terms presented before authorization. A refill purchase does not by itself authorize a subscription or recurring charge. We may decline orders for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock shortages or legal restrictions and will explain material changes or cancellations.
7. Shipping, delivery and cancellation
Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are shown during checkout for your address. Where free shipping is offered for your order, we will honor that offer subject to any eligibility conditions clearly disclosed before purchase. An address option alone does not guarantee delivery availability.
Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact ZValves promptly about corrections or cancellation. We will attempt to accommodate requests before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once fulfillment has begun. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier, customs or other delays. We will provide legally required delay notices and cancellation or refund options. Contact us about missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered orders. Risk of loss passes on delivery to you or your designated recipient, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For international orders, additional duties or import taxes may apply where disclosed and lawful. Any customer responsibility for these charges must be made clear before ordering. These Terms do not waive rights concerning non-delivery, incorrect charges or refunds required by law. ZValves has no control over—and therefore cannot be responsible for—any duties and importation fees your purchase may be subject to. If you are uncertain of the customs fees your country may require, please check with your local postal service or customs agent prior to ordering. ZValves is unable to accommodate or refund any import duties, customs fees, or international tax that may be applied to your shipment, or any additional fees you may have to pay after completing your purchase with us.
8. Returns and refunds
8.1 Our Products are nonrefundable and non-returnable as they are worn in the nose and breathed on. If you have any issues with a Product, please contact us at support@projectsnore.com to determine if a replacement is necessary.
8.2 Defective, incorrect or damaged products. Contact ZValves with your order number and a description of the issue. You do not need to provide unnecessary medical details. Depending on the issue and applicable law, you may be entitled to replacement or another remedy. No hygiene exclusion removes these rights.
8.3 Return handling. Request return instructions before mailing a used device so it can be handled safely. Retain reasonable proof of return.
9. Product descriptions and warranties
ZValves must match the description and any express warranty applicable to your order, subject to your mandatory rights. Minor screen-related color differences do not justify a materially different product. We may update future listings, but will not materially substitute an accepted order without your agreement.
We do not provide a separate guarantee of an individual snoring or sleep outcome. To the extent lawful, no additional implied warranty is given beyond applicable statutory rights and express commitments. This clause does not make defective or misdescribed products non-replaceable.
10. Intellectual property and reviews
The ZValves name, branding, Website text, images, designs and other content belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may view the Website and save reasonable copies of product instructions and purchase records for personal use. No license to manufacture or commercially exploit ZValves technology or branding is granted.
Do not copy or distribute protected content for commercial purposes without permission, except as law permits. Patent or trademark notices, if provided, are informational; these Terms do not verify registration, ownership, validity or enforceability of any listed right.
If you submit a review for publication, it must reflect your honest experience and respect others' privacy and rights. You allow ZValves to display that review and the display name you choose for that purpose, with formatting edits that preserve its meaning. Private support messages and health details are not automatically licensed for advertising, as separate permission is required to use these as testimonials.
11. Website conduct and third-party services
Do not misuse the Website, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, interfere with access, or attempt unauthorized access to another account or personal information. We may restrict access reasonably to address security threats or material misuse; doing so does not remove existing order or refund obligations.
Payment, delivery and linked third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Their involvement does not remove ZValves' responsibilities as seller. We seek to keep the Website available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
12. Liability limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZValves is not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse contrary to clear instructions, except to the extent our own breach, negligence or legal responsibility contributed to it.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective-product liability, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing limits mandatory consumer guarantees, privacy rights, or an express refund or trial obligation. Where local law disallows an exclusion, that exclusion does not apply.
13. Applicable law and resolving concerns
Please contact ZValves first with questions or complaints so we can seek a practical resolution. You remain free to use any court, regulator, consumer body or other remedy available to you; these Terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Any forum selection must respect your right to bring a claim in a competent court under applicable law.
14. Updates and general provisions
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and Last Updated date, with additional notice or consent where required. The version accepted for an order continues to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the express terms disclosed for your purchase form the purchase agreement, without excluding representations or rights that law protects.
